| Product Benefits |
| The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement. Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bring dust to the air path. Pay attention to direction of air flow and arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match. |

All calibration assemblies must be precisely engineered and constructed to fully adhere to maximum flow rate specifications. Such conformity is pivotal for ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. Prior to installation, all ports and fittings shall be comprehensively cleaned using suitable solvents and tools to effectively prevent dust and debris from penetrating the air pathway, thereby reducing risks of potential blockages. During installation, carefully confirm that the air flow direction corresponds with the arrow markings on the product body and ensure accurate matching of port dimensions and thread sizes to secure a tight, leak-free connection.

The filtration process is executed via an automated system, employing advanced mechanical and filtration technologies to ensure consistent and efficient purification. The 5-micron filter element, a critical component of this system, features a precision-engineered multi-layer structure. It effectively entraps and eliminates various contaminants, including sediment, suspended solids, colloids, rust, and other particulate matter within the air stream. This rigorous filtration not only safeguards downstream equipment but also ensures the delivery of high-quality, clean air that complies with rigorous industrial standards.

The drain column integrates an automated actuation mechanism. In the absence of air pressure, it activates to expel accumulated condensate, thereby preventing water buildup. When compressed air is flowing, the column seals tightly to preserve system integrity and prevent backflow. However, vigilant monitoring of the water level within the column is critical. If the water level surpasses the specified maximum threshold, immediate manual drainage is required. Neglecting this action can result in impaired dehumidification efficiency, potential damage to downstream components, and reduced overall system performance.
