NANPUInstallation and Operating

1.Preparation
Each calibration assembly shall comply with the specified maximum flow capacity rating. Pre-installation, ports and connectors shall undergo thorough decontamination to effectively prevent particulate ingress into the pneumatic system. Confirm that airflow orientation aligns with the directional indicators on the product casing, and ensure proper mating of port dimensions and thread specifications.
2. Pressure Adjustment
Lift the pressure gauge knob and commence rotation. Clockwise rotation shall induce a steady and uniform pressure escalation, whereas counterclockwise rotation will yield a proportional pressure decrement. Upon reaching the target pressure setpoint, discontinue rotation and firmly secure the knob. In the event of inadequate locking, potential leakage anomalies may occur, jeopardizing system integrity.

3. Dial Reading
5-μm Brass Filter Element: Exhibits outstanding filtration efficiency, superior wear resistance, and multi-cycle regenerability.0.5-μm and 0.01-μm Filter Elements: Effectively captures submicron particulates.The drain column integrates a self-actuating mechanism: it activates for discharge under zero-pressure conditions and seals during airflow. When the water level surpasses the pre-defined threshold, immediate drainage is imperative; failure to do so will cause substantial degradation of dehumidification efficacy.
4.Drainage
The drain column integrates a self-actuating mechanism that actuates to expel accumulated particulates under zero-pressure conditions and establishes a hermetic seal during airflow. When the water level attains or surpasses the specified threshold, immediate dewatering is mandatory; non-compliance will induce significant reduction in dehumidification efficiency.
The drain head connector functions as a standardized interface for air hose termination and is 可拆卸 (detachable) in accordance with operational specifications or system architectures.

Employ a calibrated torque wrench to torque the connectors to the specified torque rating for leak prevention. During initial system commissioning, air displacement may occur, which is not a leak but rather a consequence of the pressure differential between the internal and external environments, requiring the expulsion of entrapped air. In such instances, allow the system to equilibrate for the specified period, after which it will function as designed.
