NANPU Industrial-Grade 4-Stage Air Drying System

The Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator (FRL) assembly consists of three integral components. The filter is specifically engineered to remove the bulk of liquid and solid impurities from the compressed air flow. The pressure-reducing regulator is designed for precise control of the outlet pressure. The lubricator provides lubrication to pneumatic equipment, thereby enhancing their service life.

    1.High Pressure Resistance: Functions optimally within a pressure range of 30-175 psi; Flow Rate: 141 CFM (4000 L/min)
    2.High Safety Level: Superior metal bowl integrated with a visible sight glass at each stage ensures protection for both operators and the system throughout the entire process.
    3.Stage 1: Filter & Regulator: The compressed air water trap filter is outfitted with a 5-micron element, boasting exceptional filtration performance, extended service life, and reusability. It eliminates most moisture and particles in the air line; the pressure regulator precisely adjusts and stabilizes air pressure.
    4.Stage 2: Coalescing Filter: Equipped with a 0.01-micron element, this filter removes 99.9% of moisture, fine particles, and oil that pass through the Stage 1 combination unit. A red indicator will protrude when the filter element requires replacement.
    5.Stage 3: Desiccant Air Dryer: This dryer thoroughly dries and purifies air prior to its entry into pneumatic tools. Desiccant beads must be added to the metal bowl, and they will transition from blue to pink when replacement is necessary.

    NANPU Preparation and Pressure Adjustment

    1.All calibration assemblies must satisfy maximum flow requirements.
    Prior to installation, ports and fittings should be cleaned to effectively prevent dust ingress into the air circuit.
    Verify alignment between airflow direction and the directional arrow on the product housing, and ensure compatibility of port and thread dimensions.

    2.Pull up the pressure gauge knob and rotate it:
    A clockwise rotation will cause the pressure to rise steadily; a counterclockwise rotation will result in pressure reduction.
    Cease rotation once the desired reading is reached and lock the knob—omission of this step may lead to leakage.

    3.Dial Reading

    Ensure the pressure gauge is securely mounted to the main body, and observe whether the reading fluctuates smoothly during pressure adjustment.


    4.Auto & Manual Drainage

    Auto: When condensate in the filter housing reaches a specific fill level, the condensate drain valve opens automatically, discharging condensate through the drain hose into a collection container (not included) until only a small residual amount remains.

    Manual: When water exceeds the designated level, drain it promptly to maintain optimal dehumidification efficiency. Depress the base of the brass drain body to initiate drainage.

    5.The service indicator on the coalescing filter indicates when the filter element requires replacement.

    Once the indicator protrudes, the element must be replaced promptly.

    6.The first filter stage separates particles larger than 5μm, along with condensed water and oil.

    The second filter features a fineness of 0.01μm and a separation efficiency of 99.998% for particles larger than 0.01μm.

    The third-stage desiccant dryer, equipped with desiccant beads, accomplishes the final air purification process.
