All calibration assemblies must be precisely engineered and configured to fully adhere to maximum flow rate specifications. Such adherence is critical for ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. Prior to installation, all ports and fittings shall be rigorously cleaned using suitable solvents and tools to effectively prevent dust and debris from infiltrating the air pathway, thereby mitigating risks of potential blockages. During installation, carefully confirm that the air flow direction aligns with the arrow markings on the product body and ensure exact matching of port dimensions and thread sizes to guarantee a secure, leak-free connection.

The filtration process is executed via an automated system, leveraging advanced mechanical and filtration technologies to ensure consistent and efficient purification. The 5-micron filter element, a pivotal component of this system, features a precision-engineered multi-layer structure. It effectively entraps and eliminates diverse contaminants, including sediment, suspended solids, colloids, rust, and other particulate matter within the air stream. This rigorous filtration not only safeguards downstream equipment but also ensures the delivery of high-quality, clean air that complies with stringent industrial standards.

The drain column integrates an automated actuation mechanism. In the absence of air pressure, it activates to expel accumulated condensate, thereby precluding water buildup. When compressed air is in circulation, the column seals hermetically to preserve system integrity and prevent backflow. Nevertheless, diligent monitoring of the water level within the column is imperative. Should the water level surpass the designated maximum threshold, immediate manual drainage is mandated. Disregard of this procedure may culminate in impaired dehumidification efficacy, potential degradation of downstream components, and diminished overall system functionality.
