1. Preparation
All calibration components must conform to the maximum flow rate specification.
Before installation, meticulously clean all ports and fittings to prevent dust contamination of the air pathway.
Verify that the air flow direction aligns with the arrow markings on the product body, and ensure that port and thread dimensions are properly matched.
2. Pressure Adjustment
Lift the pressure gauge knob and rotate it:
A clockwise rotation will incrementally increase the pressure, while a counterclockwise rotation will decrease it.
Once the desired pressure value is achieved, cease rotation and firmly depress the knob. Omitting this step may result in pressure leakage.

3. Dial Reading
5 - Micron Brass Filter Element: Demonstrates outstanding filtration capabilities, extended service life, and recyclability.
0.5 and 0.01 - Micron Filter Elements: Efficiently remove minute contaminants.
The drain valve operates automatically. It opens when there is no pressure and closes during air flow. When the water level exceeds the maximum allowable level, immediate drainage is required; otherwise, dehumidification performance will be severely compromised.
4. Drainage
The drain valve functions automatically. It opens in the absence of pressure and closes when air is flowing. When the water level surpasses the maximum threshold, prompt drainage is essential; failure to do so will lead to subpar dehumidification performance.
The connector on the drain assembly is intended for attaching an air hose and can be conveniently detached as per operational requirements.

Employ a wrench to securely tighten all fittings to prevent leakage. During initial installation, a transient release of air may occur. This is not a leak; rather, it results from the pressure differential between the internal system and the external environment, necessitating the expulsion of excess air. In such situations, allow sufficient time for the system to stabilize, after which it will operate normally.
