    Installation and Operating

    1. Preparation

Every calibration assembly has to adhere to the maximum flow rate standard.

Before installation, meticulously scrub the ports and connectors to efficiently stop dust from fouling the air channel.

Check that the airflow orientation corresponds precisely with the arrow signs on the product casing, and confirm that the port and thread sizes are correctly coordinated.

    2. Pressure Adjustment

Raise the pressure gauge knob and start turning. Turning it clockwise will cause a steady and uniform rise in pressure, while turning it anticlockwise will bring about a proportional drop. When the target pressure level is reached, stop turning and firmly fasten the knob. Incorrectly locking the knob might give rise to possible leakage problems, undermining the system's reliability.

    Pressure Adjustment and Drainage

    3. Dial Reading

5 - Micron Brass Filter Element: Exhibits excellent filtration efficiency, provides a long - lasting service life, and is engineered for repeated use.

0.5 and 0.01 - Micron Filter Elements: Effectively eliminate tiny contaminants from the material.

The drainage column functions autonomously. It activates to expel contents when there is no pressure and seals when air passes through. Once the water level surpasses the set maximum mark, prompt drainage is essential; failing to do so will greatly reduce dehumidification performance.

    4. Drainage

The drainage column features a self - acting system. It commences to discharge materials when pressure is absent and shuts when air circulates. When the water level hits or goes beyond the predefined limit, immediate draining is necessary; neglecting this will lead to poor dehumidification results.

The connector on the drain unit acts as a link for an air tube and can be removed according to particular operating needs.

    Notice

Use a suitable wrench to tighten the connections to the required torque level to avoid seepage. At the time of first installation, air might escape. This is not a leak; instead, it stems from the pressure difference between the inside and outside, requiring the release of extra air. In these cases, give the system adequate time to settle, after which it will function properly.
