NANPU Installation and Operating

2. Pressure Adjustment Elevate the pressure gauge knob and initiate rotation: Clockwise rotation shall yield a steady and uniform pressure increase, whereas counterclockwise rotation will result in a proportional decrease. Cease rotation upon achieving the target pressure, then firmly secure the knob. Inadequate knob locking may induce leakage issues, compromising system stability.

3. Dial Reading
5-Micron Brass Filter Element: Delivers exceptional filtration efficiency, enhanced durability, and multiple reusability. 0.5 and 0.01-Micron Filter Elements: Effectively trap minute contaminants. The drainage column incorporates an automatic system: it opens to discharge contents under zero pressure and seals during air flow. When the water level exceeds the pre-set maximum threshold, immediate drainage is mandatory; otherwise, dehumidification efficiency will significantly deteriorate.
4. Drainage
The drainage column is equipped with an automatic mechanism: it unlocks to discharge accumulated substances under zero pressure and seals tightly during air flow. When the water level reaches or exceeds the allowable maximum, immediate drainage is essential; failure to do so will result in reduced dehumidification efficiency.
The connector on the drain head serves as a standardized attachment point for air hoses, enabling easy detachment in accordance with specific operational requirements or system configurations.

Use a calibrated torque wrench to fasten connectors to the specified torque value, ensuring no leakage occurs. During initial system installation, an air expulsion phenomenon may occur: this is not a leak but results from pressure differential between the interior and exterior, necessitating release of excess air. In such cases, allow the system to stabilize for an appropriate duration, after which it will operate as designed.
